How payment works

TableSnap uses the RapidGateway payment gateway to take payments in PKR for plans, extra storage and QR table stands. We never see your card number or wallet PIN.

    Choose 1, 3 or 6 months. Plans are 10% off for 3 months and 20% off for 6. You see the full price before paying.

    It's active straight away

    Your plan or storage is added the moment payment is confirmed. QR stands are delivered to your address.

Questions, answered

Yes. Every new business gets 3 days free from the moment it signs up, with everything switched on. No payment details are needed to start.

Nothing is charged automatically. Renew whenever you like from this page or Settings. Your reviews, videos and QR codes stay where they are.

Roughly 100. A customer video is usually about 10 MB (10–15 seconds), so 1 GB holds about 100 videos. Longer videos use more, shorter ones less. You can always see exactly how much you've used in Settings.

We lend you an extra 200 MB and let you know. If that runs out too, new video answers pause until you add storage. Nothing is ever deleted.

Yes. Buying the same plan or storage again adds months to the end. Choosing a different plan or storage size switches to it from that day.

Enterprise is priced for your setup: how many branches, how many tables, and any branded stands or reports you want. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send a quote, usually the same day.
