Terms of Service

The Service

TableSnap lets a business owner ("you") set up review questions, share a QR code or link with customers, and collect, watch, and publish the reviews they submit.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract, and you are creating this account on behalf of a business you own or are authorized to represent.

Plans, storage and payment

• On our website, paid plans and extra storage are listed with their prices in PKR on the pricing page.
• On our website you pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or debit/credit card through our payment provider, RapidGateway. We do not see or store your card number or wallet PIN.
• Plans and extra storage bought on our website or by bank transfer (PKR 50 per GB a month) are prepaid for the period you choose and do not renew automatically. Your purchase is added to your account once the payment is confirmed.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Subscriptions in the mobile app

• In the mobile app you can subscribe to a plan or extra storage through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the price before you confirm and charges your store account. We do not see or store your payment details.
• These subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (1, 3 or 6 months for a plan, 1 month for extra storage), at the price then in force, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your store account: on an iPhone in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid being charged for the next one. You keep what you paid for until the period ends.
• Moving to a longer plan or a bigger storage size starts straight away and the store adjusts what you pay. Moving to a shorter plan or a smaller size starts at your next renewal.
• Deleting your TableSnap account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your store account first.
• The store handles billing and refunds for these subscriptions under its own rules. See our Refund policy.

Customer submissions and consent

When a customer submits a video review through your QR code or link, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law to collect, display, and publish that review, including any consent required to record and publish a person's likeness or voice. You may only publish reviews you are authorized to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or publish unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Misrepresent reviews as genuine when they are not.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another business's account or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the business content you upload (logo, branding, questions). By collecting and publishing customer reviews through the Service, you represent that you have the right to store, display, and export that content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your business profile, questions, review responses, and uploaded files, and cannot be undone.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these terms.

Service "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
